Turquoise Painted Dresser using DIY Chalk Paint

Turquoise Painted Dresser using DIY Chalk Paint

I was searching for a buffet or credenza to put in my dining room when I came across this mid-century modern wood dresser at the thrift store. It was in great condition and only cost me $70. The average price for a credenza or buffet is over $500. This piece is gorgeous and I absolutely LOVE the style of the drawer pulls. I figured that I could re-purpose this dresser and put in the dining room as an accent piece. I used Behr's Bali Bliss to mix up a batch of my DIY chalk paint. To seal the paint, I used Minwax Finishing Paste in natural. I also spray painted the drawer pulls a metallic gold finish. turqouise dresser 4 turqouise dresser 3 FINISHED PRODUCT: feature - turqouise dresser turqouise dresser 1 turqouise dresser 2 AFTER - turqouise dresser turqouise dresserGoogle
